** Trip Generation 6th Edition study reveals projected impact of
"superstore" like Meijer is an additional 10,000 cars per day (published 1997 by
the Institute of Transportation Engineers). With gas station, outlot stores and "Lot
6" expect 8,000 cars entering and exiting site each day, adding 16,000 "car
trips" on Maple.
